  • We are now free shipping to UK customers over £30.
    If your order is below £30, The shipping price depending on the weight, Country and composition of your order, different levels of shipping are available. You can view your cart to calculate shipping price.

  • For each order placed from Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours.

    The following delivery times are given as indication and depend on the day and time of your order, as well as the selected carrier.

    We are commited to respect a maximum delivery date, given to you during the placement of your order and indicated on the order confirmation.

    UK : 1 to 4 days

    Other destinations in EU countries : 2 to 7 days

  • We will send you the tracking number by email once we shipped your order. 

  • We delivery our products all over the EU countries.

  • We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us. 

    We accept all returns and refunds within a 14 day period, after this time we cannot accept refunds or returns.

    The item must be in new, perfect condition in the original packaging, otherwise we cannot return/refund your item.

    Once we recieve your item we will notify you and we aim to refund you within 24 hours.

  • We take the upmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged let us know via our contact us page.

  • If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. We will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
